- Deliver enablement activities; maintain shared log of progress, decisions, and emerging platform gaps.
- Hold midpoint check-in to inspect metrics, adjust scope, or escalate blockers.
- Run exit review capturing outcomes, remaining risks, and ownership handoff. Store assets in developer portal.
- Send satisfaction survey to partner team and summarize learnings for leadership.
